Our goal is to establish regular communication between you and your vet to enhance your calf rearing practices, ultimately leading to healthier, more productive, and longer-lasting cows in your adult milking herd.

Here’s what’s included in our Calf Health Club:

Initial Farm Visit: This involves a comprehensive calf assessment, including housing and nutrition evaluation. We will also determine your current calf growth and disease rates, as well as set target goals for improvement.
Personalized Calf Health Plan: We will create a customised calf health plan tailored to your farm’s specific needs and goals.
Regular On-Farm Calf Health Visits: These visits will occur at intervals that suit your schedule, typically on a monthly basis. We will conduct various tasks during these visits, allowing you to continue with your daily tasks. These tasks include:
- Weighing and monitoring calf growth rates
- Blood sampling of calves to assess colostrum antibody transfer and colostrum management.
- Investigating calf diseases, with discounts on diagnostic tests such as calf scour tests.
- Administering vaccines to calves.
Data and Cost Analysis: We will provide you with regular feedback and reports, analysing data related to calf health and associated costs.
